This has a very elaborate EQ system called &#8216;Anthem Room Correction&#8217;. It comes with a USB microphone and a long cable to reach to a computer. A disc with the software that runs the whole thing. A quite respectable looking adjustable microphone stand. And a long RS-232C cable. Because, unfortunately, RS-232C is how the receiver communicates with a computer.<\/p>\n<p>One thing that this system does which most don&#8217;t is show you the results. And here is the result for my subwoofer, my old <a href=\"http:\/\/www.paradigm.com\/products\/paradigm-reference\/archives\/servo-15\/servo-15\">Paradigm Servo 15<\/a>:<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/hifi-writer.com\/wpblog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/02\/anthem2.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-2955\" title=\"Paradigm Servo 15 frequency response\" src=\"http:\/\/hifi-writer.com\/wpblog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/02\/anthem2.png\" alt=\"Paradigm Servo 15 frequency response\" width=\"484\" height=\"408\" srcset=\"http:\/\/hifi-writer.com\/wpblog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/02\/anthem2.png 484w, http:\/\/hifi-writer.com\/wpblog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/02\/anthem2-300x252.png 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 484px) 100vw, 484px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>The red line is the measured response. Note how it is only 1dB down at 20 hertz? There are still very few subwoofers that can do that.<\/p>\n<p>The power supply is getting a little buzzy, though, after all these years.
