That he he hasn&#8217;t been well represented on the big screen is a real pity. The dreadful efforts represented by <em><a href=\"http:\/\/hifi-writer.com\/wpblog\/?p=990\" title=\"A proper understanding of Starship Troopers\">Starship Troopers<\/a><\/em> and <em><a href=\"http:\/\/hifi-writer.com\/wpblog\/?p=2647\" title=\"Blog post: Hollywood sexism\">The Puppet Masters<\/a><\/em> shouldn&#8217;t be taken to reflect upon him.<\/p>\n<p>Anyway  , it turns out that SBS One is <a href=\"http:\/\/www.sbs.com.au\/schedule#\" title=\"SBS Schedule\">tonight presenting at 8:30pm<\/a> an episode of its &#8216;<a href=\"http:\/\/www.imdb.com\/title\/tt2091018\/\" title=\"Series on IMDB\">Prophets of Science Fiction<\/a>&#8216; documentary series devoted to <a href=\"http:\/\/www.imdb.com\/title\/tt2092744\/\" title=\"Episode on IMDB\">Heinlein<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>This seems to be the only documentary made about him, more&#8217;s the pity.<\/p>\n<p>(Thanks to my brother for spotting this.)<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Robert Heinlein was by far my favourite science fiction author.
